Job summary

Overwatch Construction seeks a Site OFE Coordinator to be the central point for Owner Furnished Equipment on site. You will liaise with vendors, GC, and the Owner's project team to ensure accurate tracking, timely delivery, and compliance with quality standards in a multi-million dollar data center build.

Ideal candidates will have QA/QC experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• QA / QC experience in construction environments or data-center projects.
• Ability to identify and address root causes of issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Proven stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong field data capture and inventory accuracy to track equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between equipment vendors and site GC management.
• Lead weekly Site OFE Meetings to align on delivery dates and installation requirements.
• Monitor risk and schedule, escalating delays and coordinating corrective actions.
• Track PO changes, report progress milestones, and verify equipment quality and compliance.
