Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Procurement Delivery / Project Management team. The role focuses on OFCI equipment procurement strategy, supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, contract administration, and risk management to drive client milestones.

The successful candidate will collaborate with owner, suppliers, and project teams to ensure technical integrity, schedule adherence, and commercial outcomes across complex equipment packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement or project management in construction.
• Experience managing owner-furnished, long-lead equipment.
• Strong coordination across owners, contractors, suppliers.
• Proficiency with procurement documents and change management.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and Expediting: manage OFCI equipment procurement activities from scope definition through delivery oversight.
• Stakeholder and Supplier Coordination: serve as the central contact among owner, suppliers, and project teams.
• Change and Commercial Management: facilitate changes to scope, cost, schedule, and delivery.
• Risk Management and Reporting: maintain logs and prepare status reports on risk, issues, and decisions.
