Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Procurement Delivery / Project Management team. You will support a key client commission and work with Owners, suppliers, and project teams to ensure delivery milestones and commercial outcomes are achieved.

The role emphasizes procurement strategy execution, bid package development, supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract administration, with a focus on OFCI equipment and long-lead items on-site in a major project context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, supply-chain management, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in procurement, construction PM, supply-chain, or equipment expediting.
• Experience coordinating owners, prime contractors, suppliers, design teams, logistics providers, and site personnel.
• Ability to interpret schedules, submittals, drawings, and commercial documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, scheduling software, and project-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and Expediting: manage OFCI equipment procurement from scope to delivery.
• Lead bid evaluations, supplier comparisons, and award recommendations.
• Support contract formation and purchase-order issuance activities.
• Develop procurement reports and dashboards for client decisions.
• Stakeholder and Supplier Coordination: act as central point of contact among Owner, suppliers, and teams.
• Change and Commercial Management: review proposed changes and assess impacts.
• Risk Management and Reporting: maintain risk and decision logs and status reports.
