Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Consultant of Procurement Delivery / Project Management to join our team. The Senior Consultant will support the client in driving delivery of a key client commission, overseeing procurement strategy, bid package development, supplier sourcing, and contract administration.

The role focuses on procurement execution, supplier coordination, change management, and risk reporting, working with Owner, suppliers, and project teams to meet milestones and commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, supply-chain management, business, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in procurement, construction project management, or related fields.
• Experience managing owner-furnished, long-lead, or technically complex equipment.
• Strong coordination with owners, contractors, equipment suppliers, design teams, logistics providers and site personnel.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, scopes of work, submittals, manufacturing schedules, logistics, receiving, change management, and warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and Expediting: manage OFCI equipment procurement activities from scope definition through manufacturing and delivery oversight.
• Stakeholder and Supplier Coordination: serve as central point of contact among Owner, suppliers, and project teams.
• Change and Commercial Management: facilitate changes to equipment scope, cost, schedule, and delivery.
• Risk Management and Reporting: maintain procurement risk, issue, action, and decision logs; prepare regular status reports.
