Job summary

BCG Attorney Search, Short Hills, NJ, seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing skills, particularly in pharmaceutical and medical device Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice.

Required: 8+ years of experience, extensive Rule 702 and Daubert experience, and a background in products liability litigation; pharma/medical device industry experience is a plus; JD from a nationally recognized school.

Duties
  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.

Requirements
