BCG Attorney Search in Seattle seeks an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorney to join a collaborative team handling complex insurance matters across Washington and the U.S. The role offers a flexible, hybrid arrangement or remote work.

You will draft pleadings, handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and provide strategic coverage opinions, working with colleagues across offices to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Washington.
• 5+ years of defense litigation experience.
• 3+ years of insurance coverage/coverage litigation experience preferred.
• Strong coverage analysis and writing skills.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions.
• Deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience preferred; trial experience a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Investigate claims and prepare coverage opinions.
• Provide strategic coverage advice to clients on various insurance lines.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver client service.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on case developments.
