Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school.
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in California.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and lead discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions and counsel clients on employment-law matters.
