Jobot is seeking an Of Counsel Attorney with 7-10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience to join our growing Texas team. The ideal candidate will handle commercial trucking and transportation defense, construction defect, general liability, and personal injury matters in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license.
• 7-10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Experience handling commercial trucking and transportation matters preferred.
• Background in construction defect, general liability, and personal injury defense.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of files, handle depositions, draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Participate in mediations and work closely with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Trial experience is a plus.
