Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (OEM) to grow OEM sales in the North Carolina and South Carolina territory. You will coordinate with regional teams to drive profitable growth, conduct trainings, and manage relationships with engineers, contractors, and customers.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in OEM construction, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically. Based in NC or SC with full-time employment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of industry experience and/or training.
• Fluent in OEM construction practices and distribution channels.
• Sales and account management experience with a proven track record of sales/profit growth preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive OEM sales growth in NC/SC territory.
• Coordinate with branch and company to profitably grow business.
• Lead and participate in training sessions/workshops in and out of territory.
• Develop and coordinate sales strategies with regional teams.
• Maintain CRM records and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Travel up to 50% domestically.
