• Collaborative, with strong ownership and cross‑functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned OEM clients, building credibility and long‑term relationships.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve loyalty and conquest and guide pricing actions.
• Ensure client training and engagement at targeted levels with measurable value.
• Deliver high‑impact loyalty and performance presentations tailored to brand teams.
