Job summary

Hamilton Company is seeking a dynamic Regional OEM Sales Manager to drive growth across the Western Region. You will promote automated liquid handling components, manage forecasts, and build strategic OEM relationships with labs and manufacturers.

Responsibilities include leading sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure, coordinating with product management, technical support and marketing, and expanding the existing client base while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering required.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years relevant sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and manage sales of Hamilton OEM components to Western OEM accounts.
• Achieve forecasted sales goals and cultivate long-term relationships with strategic OEM accounts.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from lead to contract closure; coordinate with production planning and customer service.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and marketing to develop regional sales plans.
• Serve as lead contact to develop OEM automation solutions and expand product usage across existing accounts.
