Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Account Manager for its OEM business team, based in Toronto, Canada. The role focuses on development, retention, and growth of strategic OEM programs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on commitments and optimize outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead quarterly business reviews, manage invoicing and financial projections, and drive opportunities for expansion with existing clients.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years software project, program, and/or engagement management.
• 5+ years external client relationship management with demonstrated ability to manage requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Expert in automotive retail solutions and workflows.
• Hands on ability to navigate complex business environments to resolve customer requests and requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
• Excellent analytical skills including the ability to model scenarios and manage to financials.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional engagement for complex client program success.

Responsibilities

• Manage business relationship and program service delivery tied to the agreed upon statement of work.
• Organize and run quarterly business updates, weekly program update meetings, and other ad hoc client facing engagements.
• Collaborate with client on program financial modeling, project-based projections, and monthly/annual financial deliverables.
• Facilitate presentment, communication, and approval of OEM program invoices.
• Serve as escalation point to help resolve a wide range of program inquiries.
• Identify new OEM business opportunities with existing clients and facilitate executive level engagements.
• Finance/Invoice: collaborate with finance teams on forecasting and invoicing.
• Enrollment: interface with client and internal teams for buy-sells and changes.
• Service: develop and maintain program service levels.
• Go to Market: support pilots, launches, pricing, and adoption.
