Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Account Manager to lead our OEM program initiatives and client engagements. You will coordinate with sales, product, technology, and operations to ensure successful program delivery across NJ/PA/CT regions and travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in software project or program management, strong client management skills, and deep knowledge of automotive retail workflows. The role offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years software project, program, and/or engagement management.
• 5+ years external client relationship management with demonstrated ability to manage requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Expert in automotive retail solutions and workflows.
• Hands on ability to navigate complex business environments to resolve customer requests and requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
• Excellent analytical skills including the ability to model scenarios and manage to financials.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional engagement for complex client program success while continuously driving improvement and seeking to reduce complexity.
• Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing conditions, risks and opportunities.
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Visio proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM program services and client communications.
• Organize quarterly business updates and weekly program meetings.
• Collaborate on program financial modeling, projections, and deliverables.
• Process invoicing and payment approvals for OEM programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet contractual obligations and timelines.
• Develop program dashboards to provide clear status and performance.
• Go-to-market support including pilots, launches, and pricing.
