Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive OEM and enterprise initiatives, owning end-to-end program execution and executive-facing artifacts.

You will coordinate Product Management, Engineering and Security teams, manage risks, align technical solutions with business goals, and deliver scalable outcomes that support CDK's automotive SaaS platform.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated program roadmaps and milestones.
• Coordinate Product Management, Engineering, UX, Security, Operations, and Business teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Review designs and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Provide regular executive status updates and governance materials.
• Drive process improvements to increase delivery predictability.
