Job summary

Blue Chip Talent is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional automotive product-development programs from opportunity through production launch. You will coordinate engineering, account management, and customer activities across multiple OEM programs, ensuring milestones and gates are met.

The role requires 7+ years in automotive program management, experience with OEM processes, and the ability to work with engineering teams on quotes, proposals, and ride sessions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in automotive
• Experience managing automotive product-development programs from concept to production launch
• Knowledge of OEM product-development processes, gates, timing, quality deliverables
• Experience with automotive OEM customers and cross-functional teams
• Experience with quotes, proposals, and business development activities
• PMP certification and a technical/engineering background would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, account management, commercial, and customer activities across multiple automotive programs
• Manage product-development schedules, deliverables, program gates, and milestones
• Support programs through concept, prototype, validation, development, and production launch
• Participate in OEM customer meetings and program reviews
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, technical discussions, and ride sessions
• Track customer requirements, timing, quality deliverables, and launch readiness
• Support sales and business-development activities for new automotive programs
• Manage multiple OEM programs simultaneously while aligning internal and customer teams
