Job summary

The Eastwood Company in Pottstown, PA is seeking an OEM Paint Mixing Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM). You will mix OEM automotive paints using computerized systems and hand-pour techniques, ensuring color accuracy and quality per formulas.

Maintain equipment, verify batch data, and support safety and inventory controls. Ideal candidates have paint mixing experience, attention to detail, and comfort with software-driven equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately mix OEM automotive paints using computerized mixing systems and manual hand-pour techniques
• Fill paint components according to established formulas and quality standards
• Measure, weigh, and dispense toners and additives with precision
• Prepare custom paint orders while ensuring color accuracy and consistency
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on paint mixing equipment
• Verify formulas, labels, batch information, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures for handling paints and chemicals
• Monitor inventory levels of toners and mixing supplies and communicate replenishment needs
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements
