The Eastwood Company in Pottstown, PA is seeking an OEM Paint Mixing Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM). You will mix OEM automotive paints using computerized systems and hand-pour techniques, ensuring color accuracy and quality per formulas.

Maintain equipment, verify batch data, and support safety and inventory controls. Ideal candidates have paint mixing experience, attention to detail, and comfort with software-driven equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience mixing OEM automotive paints with accuracy and quality control.
• Proficiency with computer-controlled mixing systems and hand-pour techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Comfortable using computer-based equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately mix OEM automotive paints using computerized systems and hand-pour methods.
• Fill components per established formulas and quality standards.
• Weigh/dispense toners and additives precisely.
• Prepare custom paint orders ensuring color accuracy and consistency.
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain paint mixing equipment.
• Verify formulas, labels, batch info and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
• Support continuous improvement to increase quality and efficiency.
