Job summary

M3 Collision, powered by VIVE, is seeking an experienced Automotive Painter for our Neptune, NJ area. This full-time role offers strong pay and growth opportunities in a modern shop.

You will apply paint to vehicle parts after repair work, maintain high quality standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with OEM procedures and coating techniques. Qualifications

• 3+ years of auto painting experience.
• Vision abilities including close distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Applies paint to vehicle parts after repair work is complete.
• Covers vehicle parts that do not require painting.
• Buffs or cleans surfaces after the paint dries.
• Requests necessary materials.
• Performs paint jobs efficiently and according to collision center guidelines.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training.
• Demonstrates the company’s core values.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
