Job Details: Job Location: Branch 0100 Orange Park Warehouse - Orange Park, FL 32073, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly, The OEM Admin Assistant at Bridgestone HosePower serves as a central point of coordination between the Tech Center, OEM Manager, and supporting departments. This role reviews incoming OEM orders for accuracy, confirms customer requirements, and prepares the documentation, tags, and labels needed before orders are released to production. The position also supports inventory accuracy, order prioritization, and on-time delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams and using Excel, Word, TWL, and other required systems.
Key Responsibilities
Order Review and Coordination
- Review incoming OEM orders for accuracy, completeness, and customer requirements before releasing them to production.
- Serve as the main point of communication between departments for order questions, concerns, and status updates.
- Coordinate with Purchasing on product shortages and provide need-by dates at least two days before the required shipment date.
- Prioritize orders based on shipment deadlines, production timing, and operational needs.
Production and Administrative Support
- Assist the OEM Manager with assigning orders to OEM teammates.
- Create, receive, and process work orders in TWL.
- Prepare required paperwork, tags, labels, and other order documentation.
- Order supplies needed to support OEM operations.
Inventory and Warehouse Support
- Perform stock movements in TWL as needed.
- Pull materials for orders and support the timely movement of products through production.
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Safety, Organization, and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe OEM receiving and production support area.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
- Follow all company safety standards and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education and Experience
- High school diploma is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
Computer and System Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
Work Habits and Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Certifications
- Forklift certification is a plus.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
