Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, organize, store, pull and ship supplies used for customer orders. You will assemble and build hoses with proper guidance, assist customers at the retail counter, and process orders while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, moving stock, inventory upkeep, merchandising, and collaborating with staff to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an industrial or hydraulic warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Lift/move product weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Complete transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage time and complete tasks with high attention to detail.
• Interact with staff and vendors effectively.
• Listen attentively and communicate well both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving, including unloading and processing of items.
• Move, store and transfer materials, supplies and merchandise in and around the warehouse.
• Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations.
• Display merchandise and suggest selections that meet customer needs.
• Discuss features of parts and make recommendations.
• Resolve inventory issues or customer concerns with management.
