Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attain and improve knowledge of hose assembly components and their functions.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Read and understand shop paperwork and schematics.
• Follow standard operating procedures to manufacture hose assemblies.
• Safely operate department tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Operate forklifts safely.
• Use TWL system to pull products and maintain inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments for procurement and orders.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to company safety standards and regulations.

Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly

The Industrial Hose Department Teammate at Bridgestone HosePower is responsible for ensuring the safe manufacturing of various industrial hose assemblies for our customers and branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Attain and improve knowledge of various hose assembly components, their names, their functions, and specifications.
• Correctly read a tape measure.
• Read and understand shop paperwork, including schematics.
• Read and understand standard operating procedures to correctly manufacture hose assemblies.
• Safely operate all Industrial Hose Department tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Safely operate forklifts.
• Use the TWL system to pull products and maintain inventory integrity.
• Work effectively with other departments involved in product procurement and placing orders.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and regulations.
