Job description

At ZutaCore, we are changing the rules of how data centers handle heat in the age of AI.

Powered by our patented two-phase ZutaCore® HyperCool® technology, we tackle one of the biggest challenges in modern computing: heat.

As compute power and rack density continue to increase, traditional cooling methods can no longer keep pace. ZutaCore's waterless, direct-on-chip liquid cooling technology removes heat directly from the silicon and away from the server, enabling data centers to run faster, denser, and more efficiently.

We operate at the intersection of AI infrastructure, sustainability, and deep engineering, helping advanced data centers and technology partners move beyond the limitations of traditional cooling.

We are a growing global team driven by curiosity, ownership, and a builder mindset. We value people who enjoy solving complex problems, working independently, collaborating across functions, and making a visible impact.

Position Summary

We are looking for an engineering-trained, commercially minded OEM professional to develop and lead strategic relationships with major server OEMs in North America and help move ZutaCore solutions from early engagement through design-in, qualification, production, and market adoption.

Serving as the primary bridge between ZutaCore and our OEM partners, you will work across customer engineering, product, business, procurement, and executive teams. You will combine technical credibility with relationship management, program leadership, business judgment, and go-to-market thinking to create and advance successful OEM partnerships.

This is not a purely technical role. A strong engineering foundation is essential, but success requires the ability to understand the OEM's business priorities, build cross-functional alignment, drive complex programs, and turn technical opportunities into scalable business outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategic engagement and account plans for major server OEMs, including Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, Cisco, and other server manufacturers.
  • Build trusted relationships across customer engineering, system architecture, product management, business leadership, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify the OEM platforms, programs, and market opportunities where ZutaCore can create differentiated value, and drive design-in and design-win activities for next-generation AI, HPC, and high-density computing systems.
  • Lead technical and business discovery to understand server architecture, GPU and CPU roadmaps, thermal and mechanical requirements, qualification needs, product priorities, commercial considerations, and adoption barriers.
  • Define joint engagement plans covering technical requirements, development milestones, validation and qualification, production readiness, ownership, decision points, and business objectives.
  • Orchestrate ZutaCore's Engineering, Product, Systems, V&V, NPI, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to advance OEM programs and resolve barriers to adoption.
  • Guide partner programs from early evaluation and proof of concept through design approval, qualification, integration, production readiness, and mass production.
  • Serve as the voice of the OEM partner inside ZutaCore, translating customer requirements, platform roadmaps, competitive insights, and market needs into internal priorities and product-roadmap considerations.
  • Drive alignment on joint go-to-market readiness, including solution positioning, sales enablement, target use cases, launch dependencies, and partner-facing materials in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Support commercial progression by identifying decision makers, purchasing paths, program timing, volume potential, and the commitments required to move opportunities forward.
  • Represent ZutaCore in partner meetings, engineering and executive reviews, industry events, and strategic business discussions.
What Success Looks Like
  • Establishing ZutaCore as a trusted strategic partner to leading server OEMs—not only a technology supplier.
  • Building durable relationships across OEM engineering, product, business, procurement, and executive organizations.
  • Securing strategic design-ins and design wins in relevant next-generation server platforms.
  • Advancing OEM programs predictably from evaluation through qualification, production readiness, and mass production.
  • Creating clear ownership and strong cross-functional alignment between OEM requirements and ZutaCore teams.
  • Converting technical engagement into partner commitment, go-to-market readiness, and scalable business opportunities.
  • Expanding ZutaCore’s presence across the North American OEM and AI-infrastructure ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in OEM partnerships, technical business development, product or program management, applications or solutions engineering, strategic accounts, or another customer-facing role in a complex technology environment.
  • Relevant experience within the server, data-center, thermal-management, semiconductor, electronics, hardware, or advanced-infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Engineering credibility and the ability to engage effectively with engineers, system architects, technical leaders, and product-development teams.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with business, product, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders—not only engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of hardware-development lifecycles, including architecture, design, integration, testing, validation, qualification, NPI, and production introduction.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary customer programs and coordinating engineering, product, operations, supply chain, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, execution plans, business implications, and partner decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, influence without direct authority, and drive progress in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with major server OEMs or ODMs, semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, AI-infrastructure providers, or their ecosystem partners.
  • Knowledge of server architecture, high-density computing, GPU and CPU platforms, and data-center infrastructure requirements.
  • Experience with liquid cooling, two-phase cooling, direct-to-chip cooling, cold plates, or other thermal-management technologies.
  • Experience advancing complex technology programs from initial engagement through design approval, qualification, production, and market launch.
  • Experience developing joint business, account, or go-to-market plans with strategic technology partners.
  • Help solve one of the most critical infrastructure challenges created by AI and high-density computing.
  • Bring breakthrough cooling technology to the world’s leading server manufacturers.
  • Work directly with teams developing next-generation computing platforms and influence how ZutaCore solutions are integrated and brought to market.
  • Join a growing global company operating at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and advanced engineering.
  • Own strategic OEM relationships with visible business and technology impact.
