This position reports to

OEM Sales Director - Pumps

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing new OEMs in the pump applications area, specifically related to liquid cooling in data centers. Your activities will include formulating and executing account strategies to foster profitable growth and increase our market penetration.

The work model for this role is remote. #LI-Remote This position contributes to the Motion Drive Products division in New Berlin, WI.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  1. Developing solution sales activities for and demand of Low Voltage Drives and PLC at key OEM accounts in the specified application area.
  2. Maintaining regular OEM pursuit and account summary reports.
  3. Driving sales activities and account plans through SFDC.
  4. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing the account pipeline.
  5. Collaborating with application engineers and other divisions to develop sales opportunities.
  6. Working with global teams and LSUs to coordinate activities with target OEMs.
  7. Negotiating and making offers following company procedures.
  8. Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  9. Supporting Product Management & Marketing teams with value propositions.
  10. Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  11. Providing input on the product pipeline based on customer needs.
  12. Negotiating contracts with OEMs to ensure favorable terms while protecting organizational interests.
Qualifications for the role
  • Associates degree or higher, preferably in engineering, business administration, or similar.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/business development with variable speed drives, motors, and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of Data Center OEMs and G2M strategies.
  • Experience in customer interface and understanding customer needs.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and SFDC.
  • Proven sales record in competitive markets.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills with high-value deal closure experience.
  • Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%, with rare international travel.
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must have existing work authorization in the US; no sponsorship available for this role.
