Our aerospace manufacturing client is seeking an OEM Account Manager that drives growth through strategic customer engagement, business development, and market expansion activities within the commercial aviation sector. Builds and manages key customer relationships, develops sales and capture strategies, and works cross-functionally to secure new business, achieve booking targets, and support long‑term organizational growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on commercial aviation OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other strategic growth accounts.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and booking objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted account and market growth strategies.
- Partner with business unit teams to develop business cases and ensure sales objectives are aligned with proposal and bid strategies.
- Coordinate with channel, alliance, and go‑to‑market partners to support business growth and successful customer outcomes.
- Utilize market knowledge, industry relationships, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to recommend investment priorities and resource allocation.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable short- and long‑term booking forecasts.
- Monitor trends, developments, and opportunities within the commercial aviation OEM, supplier, and systems integration markets.
- Prepare and deliver customer, market, and business performance analyses, along with strategic recommendations, to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen performance, and support organizational growth.
- Lead customer discussions to align on business objectives, negotiate commercial agreements, and establish mutually beneficial solutions.
- Presents a competent and composed demeanor, representing the company with professionalism to all stakeholders (including but not limited to applicants, employees, contractors, vendors, and customers) to successfully advance the interests of the company.
- Follows all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, models safe work practices.
- Responsible for contributing to and supporting a positive and respectful workplace environment.

- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with an engineering or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of five years' technical sales experience in Aerospace
- Proven track record of revenue growth is important
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non‑US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization
