Job summary

Intralox, a division of Laitram, is seeking an Asset Performance & Operational Intelligence Engineer to transform operational data from installed conveyor systems into actionable insights that improve customer OEE and reduce downtime.

The role bridges system data with field execution, focusing on correlating behavior to failure modes and driving data-backed actions across Life Cycle Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial analytics, manufacturing performance, or asset reliability.
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, OEE, and maintenance/reliability principles.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own interpretation and breakdown of OEE metrics for installed conveyors.
• Analyze Availability, Performance, and Quality losses at multiple levels.
• Identify chronic vs acute performance loss drivers and prioritize actions.
• Validate that measured OEE reflects true operational behavior.
