Under the general direction of the Odyssey Beyond Bars Director, and in coordination with other staff and faculty of the UW Odyssey Project and the Prison Education Initiative, the Program Manager is responsible for developing and administering the Odyssey Beyond Bars academic program, with special emphasis on communications with other UW-Madison units involved in prison-based education, Department of Corrections staff, and other partners. Odyssey Beyond Bars offers UW-Madison courses and advising to students incarcerated in Wisconsin prisons.
This position requires work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.
Minimum $62,419 Annually
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
