Job summary

Teliolabs Communication Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Odoo ERP Delivery Lead to own end-to-end implementations for wholesale, retail, and trading environments in the United States. You will drive workshops, map business processes, and lead cross-functional teams through requirements, implementation, and go-live.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Odoo experience, a proven rollout track record, and hands-on experience in wholesale/retail/distribution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project rollouts (must provide proof points).

• Strong expertise across core modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting.

Role Summary:

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations with a focus on wholesale/retail/trading environments
• Own delivery from requirements → implementation → go-live
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high business impact

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle Odoo projects (implementation, rollout, upgrades)
• Drive requirement workshops and map business processes into Odoo
• Lead cross-functional teams (functional + technical)
• Act as primary client interface and manage stakeholders
• Ensure strong delivery governance, testing, and successful go-live

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of Odoo experience (functional + project management)
• Proven track record of successful project rollouts (must provide proof points)
• Hands-on experience in wholesale/retail/distribution implementations
• Strong expertise across core modules:
• Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting

Version & Certification:

Experience working on Odoo 18 and Odoo 19

Odoo certification preferred

Key Skills:

• ERP process knowledge (O2C, P2P)

Nice to Have:
