Morgan Stanley seeks a Director-level Senior Manager to lead Third Party Risk & Site Management for Offsite Delivery Centers across EMEA and Americas. You will oversee day-to-day operations, audits, and risk compliance, serving as the primary contact for governance and incident management at site level.

The role requires 7+ years in IT/infrastructure operations with vendor oversight and risk management, plus strong BI/reporting skills and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT or infrastructure operations, vendor oversight, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of third-party governance, offsite delivery models, and site-level operations.
• Familiarity with audits and risk assessments; reporting skills with Excel/PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools.
• Willingness to travel to multiple ODC locations as required.

Responsabilités

• Establish, modify, or decommission ODC sites across EMEA and Americas; serve as primary contact for governance, escalations, and incident management.
• Partner with Service Owners, vendors, MSCS and Technology teams to ensure infrastructure coverage, asset tracking, issue resolution, and capacity planning across the ODC lifecycle.
• Oversee ODC infrastructure health including physical security, power, connectivity, seating, scalability, and future space needs.
• Understand network topology, server connectivity, and data-flow dependencies; identify design gaps or infrastructure risks and coordinate remediation.
• Lead on-site ODC assessments and audits; drive remediation with third-party vendors and internal control teams.
• Monitor business continuity and disaster recovery readiness with real-time tracking and reporting of external events.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and governance insights for ODCs.
