Job summary

OCC is seeking a Director-level Senior Operational Risk professional to lead IT and Security risk assessments and oversee risk identification leveraging NIST/COBIT frameworks. You will coordinate with IT, Security, TPRM, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to strengthen enterprise risk management and ensure regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include maintaining risk inventories and leading the risk intake process for IT, Security, and business risks, with up to 2 days of telecommuting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/IT and 3 years in operational risk or security roles.
Experience executing IT and security risk assessments per NIST/COBIT.
Experience with RSA Archer, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of IAM RBAC and access governance.

Responsibilities

Lead IT and security risk assessments aligning with NIST/COBIT.
Manage risk inventories, taxonomies, and risk programs.
Coordinate with IT, Security, TPRM, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
Communicate risk findings to governance committees.
