Responsibilities

• Assign resources (personnel, tools, equipment) to STC projects based on skill and availability.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand resource needs and timelines.
• Monitor and adjust resource allocations as schedules change.
• Maintain a comprehensive schedule of resource allocations and forecast needs.
• Collaborate to ensure resources meet deadlines and milestones.
• Generate reports on utilization, status, and potential conflicts.
