Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field.
• ≥3 years building and managing complex schedules in MS Project/Jira.
• Earned Value Methodology experience.
• US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling, resource-tracking, and status-reporting of major site projects.
• Build and maintain detailed MSProject schedules (tasks, dependencies, milestones).
• Track resources by skill-type and by engineer; capture planned vs actual effort.
• Provide executive-ready briefings highlighting project health and resource constraints.
• Coach junior engineers on MSProject usage and status-questioning.
