Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston seeks an experienced Specialist, Organizational Development to drive enterprise talent management initiatives, performance management, and leadership development. You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design and implement programs that improve organizational effectiveness, leveraging analytics and Workday expertise.

The role requires strong consulting, facilitation, project management, and HR systems knowledge, with a focus on aligning talent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development or Talent Management.
Experience leading enterprise Performance Management programs.
Experience facilitating Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and leadership assessment processes.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver organizational development solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Performance Management process including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
Serve as Workday Performance Management subject matter expert.
Design and enhance Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and leadership assessment programs.
Consult with leaders on leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational design.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Develop executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and business cases.
Lead cross-functional organizational development and talent management projects from planning to implementation.
