Job summary

Garmin invites an experienced Organizational Development Partner 3 to join our U.S. headquarters in the Kansas City area. You will guide leaders on development strategies, conduct talent reviews, and craft development plans for high-potential talent across Garmin.

You’ll collaborate with HR and Leadership teams to deploy needs assessments, training, and measurement of success across business segments. Candidates should bring strong OD expertise and a passion for developing teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, psychology, or related field with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and organizational development.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders on organizational development strategies and talent reviews.
• Coach leaders using tools like 360 feedback and assessments.
• Analyze talent review data to inform programming and development outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR to train, implement, and measure engagement outcomes.
• Identify intervention methods such as coaching, teambuilding, and change management.
• Support mentor matching and career development planning with leaders.
• Evaluate career paths and develop leadership competencies for promotions.
• Deliver action items to leaders and HR based on talent initiatives.
• Monitor progress and measure the impact of development initiatives.
• Research trends and best practices to support Garmin leaders.
