Job summary

Garmin Ltd. seeks a full-time Organizational Development Partner 3 at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will guide leaders on development strategies, lead talent reviews, and craft development plans for high performers and key successors.

You will collaborate with HR and Leadership Development teams to assess needs, implement development outcomes, and measure impact while staying current on industry best practices to support Garmin leaders across business segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in a similar OD/HR role.
• Strong HR fundamentals and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to mentor and train others.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Effective presentation and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Proven use of HR metrics in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Guide leaders on organizational development strategies and talent reviews.
• Coach leaders using tools including 360 feedback and assessments.
• Analyze talent data and collaborate to shape programs.
• Collaborate with HR to train and measure engagement outcomes.
• Identify interventions such as coaching, teambuilding, and change management.
• Support mentor matching based on skills assessments.
• Develop career paths and competencies for promotions and succession.
• Monitor outcomes and evaluate development initiatives.
• Stay current with trends to support Garmin leaders.
