Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surface, manual, CNC, ID and OD/ID grinders.
• Perform deburring to ensure smooth finishes on parts.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Run production setups with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
• Read blueprints and tolerances to follow specs precisely.
• Apply shop math for dimension calculations and checks.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors for smooth workflow.
• Keep work area clean, organized and compliant with safety rules.
