Job summary

The Organizational Development consultant at Seattle Children’s is responsible for boosting leadership capabilities and team effectiveness across the organization. You will partner with leaders to identify goals, diagnose gaps in talent, implement evidence-based interventions, and measure impact to ensure lasting improvement.

You will report to the Director, People Solutions and help deliver on the organization’s OD strategy while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive change across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building, implementing and/or measuring organizational development interventions.
• Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to leaders to increase leadership capabilities and improve team effectiveness.
• Assess gaps in talent needs and implement evidenced-based interventions.
• Measure impact to ensure sustained improvement.
