Cambridge International Systems, Inc. seeks a Computer User Support Specialist/End-User System Administrator to support government operations overseas near Stuttgart, Germany.

This full-time OCONUS role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and eligibility for DoD Top Secret clearance and NATO indoctrination. You will manage user identities, IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, monitor in Splunk, respond to incidents, coordinate with ServiceNow/ITSM, and work with Security and Network teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to computer users in support of government operations overseas.
• Manage user identities across Active Directory and cloud platforms to ensure secure access.
• Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies using Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
• Process access requests, RBAC changes, and terminations in accordance with security policies.
• Monitor authentication events in Splunk SIEM and investigate login issues.
• Review endpoint security alerts in Carbon Black EDR and respond to threats.
• Coordinate remediation with Security, Network, and Desktop Support teams.
• Support incident response with identity and access analysis during investigations.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow/ITSM to improve workflows and automation.
• Onboard applications to centralized authentication platforms and maintain identity standards.
• Troubleshoot access, VPN, and SSO issues with minimal disruption.
