Job summary

Synergy ECP, headquartered in Columbia, MD, seeks a hardware engineer to analyze complex hardware systems, design and deploy hardware, and prepare detailed installation packages across CONUS and outside the continental US. The role emphasizes site surveys, installation oversight, and rigorous documentation.

Required seven years of hardware analysis experience for SIGINT solutions, a related bachelor’s degree, and TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; five years of additional hardware engineering experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex hardware systems and provide architecture recommendations.
• Procure and perform acceptance testing on equipment.
• Provide hardware maintenance support, preventative and remedial.
• Deploy hardware CONUS and OCONUS with site installation and testing.
• Prepare specifications, site surveys, and technical design packages.
• Organize and direct hardware installations and verify configurations.
• Prepare site reports, as-built drawings, and installation/test documentation.
• Input to system design for end-user devices, servers, and networking gear.
