Job summary

Synergy ECP in Columbia, MD, seeks a senior hardware engineer to analyze complex hardware systems, design architectures, and oversee testing and deployment across CONUS and OCONUS. You will prepare specifications, conduct site surveys, and document end-to-end hardware solutions for national security programs.

Candidates should have seven years of hardware experience, an engineering degree, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI with Polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware engineering analysis for complex systems.
• Prepare hardware specifications and site installation plans.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site surveys and document network configurations.
• Develop engineering plans and Technical Design Packages.
• Train site personnel on hardware usage.
• Prepare installation reports and as-built drawings.
• Recommend hardware procurement specifications.
