Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions per product specs.
• Assess product needs per customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers and partners.
• Act as on-site representative to the customer's organization.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS; may include hazardous duty locations.
