• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or boutique consulting experience.
• 5+ years leading OCM initiatives with a methodology-driven approach.
• Experience managing multi-million dollars in revenue.
• 2+ years coaching and leading a matrixed cross-functional team of up to 10 members.
• Prosci, ACMP or equivalent OCM certification.
