Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced OCM Lead to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA). You will architect and drive change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs, integrating change activities with Agile project plans and partnering with PMs and product owners to ensure adoption.

You will map stakeholders, design training and communications, manage governance, and measure progress with KPIs to enable a smooth go-live and sustained benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• 3+ years in change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and training enablement.
• 3+ years’ experience working in Agile transformation programs.
• 3+ years of experience with Prosci, ADKAR or similar frameworks.

We are currently seeking a OCM Lead to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Day to Day job Duties:

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and program objectives. Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and affected stakeholders.
• Integrate change management activities into overall project/program plans, working closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure alignment, especially in Agile environments.
• Identify and map key stakeholders across impacted business units; build strong partnerships with sponsors and functional leaders to drive engagement, alignment, and adoption.
• Define areas of business impact and recommend training approaches; collaborate with project teams and L&D to design and deliver training programs for end users.
• Develop and implement targeted communication plans, including creation of presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and leadership updates, while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Establish and manage feedback mechanisms, proactively addressing concerns, resistance, and adoption challenges.
• Assess training needs and enable teams through learning plans, job aids, user guides, and knowledge transfer activities, ensuring readiness for go-live and post-implementation support.
• Track and report on change progress using KPIs and dashboards, provide regular updates to leadership, ensure adherence to change governance standards, and maintain documentation and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in large-scale transformation programs.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training enablement.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in or supporting Agile transformation programs.
• Minimum 3 years of experiencewith change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and structured methodologies.

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Exposure to digital transformation, ERP, or large technology implementations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
