Job summary
Technologent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support OCI, OIC, OAC, and IDCS in a 100% onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage cloud infrastructure, integration platforms, observability, and ITSM processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
The role emphasizes hands‑on OCI expertise, enterprise monitoring, security controls, automation, and ITIL‑based operations to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of cloud services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering or related technical discipline.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience administering Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
- Hands‑on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support OCI environments for reliability and operational stability.
- Configure and maintain OIC environments for enterprise integration.
- Administer OAC environments and assist cloud analytics operations.
- Manage IDCS identities, access, authentication, and authorization requirements.
- Monitor infrastructure using Dynatrace and log data with Splunk.
- Support ServiceNow‑based incident, problem, and change management processes.
