Job summary
Technologent seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage OCI, OIC, and OAC environments, IDCS identity controls, and enterprise monitoring. The role emphasizes automation, integration, security, and CI/CD pipeline support on a 12+ month contract basis in Phoenix.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, hands-on OCI/OIC expertise, Dynatrace and Splunk proficiency, plus ITIL-aligned incident and change management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or related discipline.
- Strong hands-on OCI and OIC experience.
- Experience with OAC, IDCS, and enterprise identity management.
- Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident/problem/change processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support OCI environments for reliability and stability.
- Configure: OIC environments for enterprise integration needs.
- Administer OAC environments and analytics platform operations.
- Manage IDCS including identity, access, and auth controls.
- Monitor infrastructure/logs using Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Support ServiceNow incident/problem/change management.
- Design hybrid network connectivity and secure connectivity.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies and access controls.
- Support security patches, upgrades, and vulnerabilities remediation.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
- Automate recurring operational tasks using scripting and automation.
