Job summary

SPN Solutions Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer to build and run Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for a new system supporting the Strategic National Stockpile.

You will manage IaC with Terraform and configuration with Ansible, and oversee CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Enterprise in a federated, secure environment. The role requires 5+ years of Linux systems engineering with public cloud experience and a focus on FedRAMP/NIST security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Linux systems engineering, 3+ years in a public cloud environment (ideally Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
• Terraform and Ansible in production, with infrastructure as code discipline.
• CI/CD pipeline ownership (GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions or similar).
• Cloud networking and identity fundamentals, familiarity with federal security requirements (FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components: compute, networking, storage, identity, and secure connectivity.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration with Ansible; ensure reproducible environments.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Enterprise for application and infrastructure changes, including approvals, rollbacks, and smoke tests.
