Job summary

Systems Engineering Solutions Corporation is seeking a Cloud Architect/Network Engineer to design scalable cloud-native solutions across a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) for USAF Cloud One architecture. The role requires leadership of up to 10 engineers, DevSecOps practices, and a current Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years of experience; degree may be waived with additional experience.
• Active Secret clearance required to start and maintain clearance.
• US citizenship required.
• Certifications: IAT-2 and at least one cloud certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with OCIconsole, services, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Lead development teams of up to 10 engineers and technical specialists on cloud-native design and deployment.
• Present architectural designs to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise engineers; conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on complex decisions.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot automation using Python and shell scripting for OCI provisioning and monitoring.
• Collaborate across CSP teams, security, and product management to enable cloud adoption.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and support operational processes.
• Drive DevSecOps practices; promote IaC, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and automation.
