The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton, in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, seeks a energetic Server to create exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests and local guests alike in a lively oceanfront setting.

You will greet guests, suggest menu items, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, deliver food and beverages with precision, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while providing attentive, personalized service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations and answer questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
