The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach is hiring a Restaurant Server to join the opening team of Julene. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with warmth and attention to detail, supporting a fresh and high‑level service standard.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a family‑owned property known for its vibrant F&B program and resort atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
