Baker's Cay Resort in Key Largo is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our high-energy kitchen team. You will help maintain cleanliness and support culinary operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued. You’ll work collaboratively with the kitchen crew, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
