Landmark Hotel Group's Comfort Inn On The Ocean in Kill Devil Hills, NC is seeking a Maintenance Tech (entry-level) to cover days, nights, and weekends. The role supports hotel operations by performing routine maintenance and repairs.

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity at a well-regarded property. You will complete work orders, inspect problem areas, perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces, and handle electrical and plumbing tasks while following safety

Qualifications

• Good attitude and work ethic to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to exert physical effort in performing job duties.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from all departments promptly.
• Make rounds to check problem areas and note information or safety concerns.
• Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform electrical and plumbing tasks and handle chemicals per hotel rules.
